According to WTVD-TV in North Carolina, Ashley Fliehr (Ric Flair's daughter) was arrested in conjunction with an incident that left Ric Flair "bloodied and bruised".

The story is that police in Chapel Hill were called to a commotion outside an apartment complex involving Flair, Ashley and an unidentified 22-year old man. The three were apparently involved in a fight, but Ric Flair declined to file charges. However, Ashley has been accused of kicking a police officer, leading to a taser gun being used on her.

Ashley, 22, is being charged with assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest and will appear in court on October 6th. When the channel attempted to contact Ashley Fliehr, her boyfriend said "the incident was a family matter that is now resolved".
