I just wanted to share with you all some recent purchases I have made, and my thoughts on them.
I picked up some RCA splitters/couplers, so now I have my DVR and Xbox 360 hooked up to my capture card at once, no more switching connections. That is a huge convenience. Later next week I may buy some more, so I can get the Wii and PS3 hooked up at once as well, so I won't ever have to switch cables when I want to record anything off the TV.
After trading in some games to Game Crazy yesterday, I was able to score Guitar Hero Aerosmith with the wireless guitar controller for only $60. That is such a great game, and of course I am happy to finally have a wireless controller.
Went to GNC yesterday and bought a bottle of Panax Ginseng. 600mg and it has 100 capsules. I'm going to be taking two a day, on top of watching what I eat from now on. The Panax Ginseng is supposed to help as a dietary supplement, increase circulation, and of course help in reproductivity. So far I'm noticing a difference, especially as far as the dietary supplement part of it goes.
I was playing the demo for the Beijing 2008 Olympics today on XBox 360, and it's just a fun game with a lot of replay value to it. So I used my eGift Cards on Circuitcity.com and bought the game for only $43, which also includes 3-day shipping as well, so I'm happy.
Special thanks to Steven White for hooking me up with something off my wishlist the other day. I won't get into what it was, but I have 36 reasons to give Stevie some props for.
The battery charger and 2 rechargeable batteries I bought on eBay last week for $20 for my digital camera arrived yesterday. I have the batteries charging right now. Skate for PS3 should be arriving soon, and my 1gb Wii memory card arrived as well.
That's about it for the past week or two. I should be good for the month now, maybe with a trip or two to the theater with Crystal throughout the month. Anyway, thanks for reading peeps, and have a good and safe upcoming weekend!
