I normally don't get too excited for new games that come out, but once a year there are about two that I mark out for big time.  In the past it was Twilight Princess, GTA San Andreas, Final Fantasy VIII, Super Mario Galaxy, etc...  Well for 2008/2009, I think I have found one of the games that is making me take major notice.  Fallout 3!  It's going on the PS3 and the XBox 360, but I think I'm going to pick up the PS3 version of it unless online features are extraordinary.  What really looks cool about this game is the live action pause to setup an aimed shot.  The gruesome scenes were crazy too, of a guy's head just being blown to pieces, nuclear bombs being launched at bodies, etc... I love the smell of commerce in the morning!

What kind of games do I prefer?  Well I'm a huge fan of the Zelda series.  I also like Final Fantasy, Lost Odyssey, and Fable.  I guess you can say I'm a RPG type of guy.  In the past I never was into first person shooters, but after playing Halo 3 on the 360 and Call of Duty 3 on the Wii, I'm slowly getting into it.  Of course you can't go wrong with sports games like Madden, NBA, MLB and WWE.  Musical games are a huge plus too, Guitar Hero, American Idol, Rock Band...
